Brian’s insight into this car

The Audi Q5 is more suited to the driver than to others driven in it. Those sitting up front will have excellent room and will feel comfortable, unlike those in the back, and if you’re a little bigger, you will have to be tortured to place your legs in a comfortable position.

And as for the ride itself, the Audi Q5 is easy and pleasant to drive, but rough and pretty uncomfortable.

Audi still persevered, and as with most of its models you can’t hear the wind and noise of the road.
It is extremely pleasing to the eye, attractive and stylish, but in my opinion, is not up to it’s rival, the BMW X3, which I prefer in any case.

Brian, which one is best for me?

The base model is fairly rich with equipment, so you can expect everything that this class of car deserves. But if you have a chance I would advise going for the S model, which is really powerful and deserves respect. 🙂

It has, in addition to automated wipers it has, three-zone climate control, four electric windows, leather upholstery which comes with the SE trim, a fantastic sporty look that boasts xenon headlights and has larger wheels and will certainly raise your adrenaline.
Petrol models are not recommended because of fuel price and consumption.
In addition, diesel engines are more popular on the market, so if you have a gasoline model that you want to sell, you will have a problem.
Most popular diesels are 2.0 l, but the 3.0 l although rare on the market, is unseemly powerful.

And the running costs are?

Hm ….. Well, that is some average …
Costs will be proportional to the car. Nothing is too different from any of its rivals the BMW X3 and Land Rover Freelander for example.
The only thing worse than its competition was probably the servicing, Audi’s is generally more expensive
for servicing.

Problems, and more problems with this car?

Despite attempts to regulate oil consumption, there’s still a problem with enormous oil consumption, which could be quite a drag!
Electronics are prone to failure, most frequently the air conditioning, electric windows and the system for seat adjustment …
Although, I will be fair and I will admit that the Audi promises a reliable ride without the headaches.

Brian’s final verdict

A reliable and quality built car.
